So because we are "snowed in" and off school today I have ignored my piles of marking and embarked upon a new challenge. It is on the Mission Create blog and I had to include the following five elements on my page:-
Deborah: Masking technique
Jocie: I wanna see some RED
Nicole: Grid or ledger paper
Vanessa: Strip Journalling
Allison: to use stamping on your layout; anything, an image, alphabets, etc.
It was quite handy as I had this paper a few months and didn't know what to do with it.
I had these pics from our October half term trip to my hubby's home town of Brugges. Having already been to the more enticing chocolate museum we decided to check out the frites museum.
Hey there!!!
ReplyDeleteThanks for playing along at Mission Create :-)
Just popping in to pay your layout a visit!
Super funky page..bright & fun!!
I love this LO! those sparkly letters are so good I got you, I wish I'd got some for myself! and do I spy some polka dot stamping behind the picture on the right?..no doubt using the mini polka stamp you stole from me! and this shows how long I've been out of the game but..masking technique? grid or ledger paper? please explain! x
ReplyDeleteIknow Gems...I had to guess too. Masking is where you have a cut out or lettering and you stamp or paint around it. I kinda used it but mine was more of a stencilling technique. I forgot to give you a shout out for the glittery letters again - doh! I love them, but I am running out of s' already!!! xxx U got snow?
ReplyDeletefrench frie museum? yum! I want to go there:)
