Keep the Faith...
So hitting the double...glad that scrapping the music extended their challenge for another week as I was keen to get involved. I love Bon Jovi and listened to his music a lot growing up, plus my faith is a big part of who I am. I was also interested in the challenges on Mission to Create:
Deborah: use an item from the $ store (the butterly stickers)
Jocie: use a tree (it's in the pic!)
Nicole: rolled paper pieces (see the top)
Vanessa: at least 3 butterflies (stickers and rub ons)
Karola: twine (stapled on)
I like the dreamt effect of the backing papers contrasted with the purple and brightly coloured butterflies.

two challenges in one page- very impressive! Like the butterflies, and the way you cut the v and folded the paper at the top. The title is so cool and works really well on the printed background.

ReplyDeleteI use photoshop to edit my photos, as for the whimsy look I have only installed free actions and textures. My main ones I use are AMP vintage sepia which you can find free here amymcmasterphotography.blogspot.com Antique overlay by Nelly Nero free from here http://nellynero.deviantart.com/art/Nelly-Nero-Elements-actions-15288045 and Joanna's memories of summer from Coffeeshop blog loads can be found here http://www.thecoffeeshopblog.com/
Have fun looking and let me know if you come across any new good ones.

Hi Me,
ReplyDeleteLovely page, I love the waterfalls.
Thanks for your comments on my blog.
The lanterns are cut from a piece of My Little Shoebox paper - Harmony.
I hope that helps. x
